It’s funny because I can understand why every one of those questions is on that list. I think the answer to all social media questions is so simple yet specific to each individual that the only seemingly logical thing to do is over analyze it. Inherently we know that good business is personal. Social media provides us with the tools to shake more hands and join in on conversations we couldn’t have joined in on otherwise. There’s no silver bullet and it takes time, dedication, commitment, personality, responsiveness, and transparency. Above all, you gotta listen.
