This is Not a Love Story.
500 Days of Summer, which overwhelmingly stole the hearts’ of Sundance festival goers back in January, is finally in theaters.
Boy meets girl. Boy falls in love. Girl doesn’t. This story has been done far too many times to count.
But you should know up front, this is not a love story.
The film takes the tired romantic genre and does it in a way that is smart and sexy and twisted with extreme highs and lows.
RollingStone even likes this one calling it “…a different kind of love story: an honest one that takes a piece out of you.”

I saw 500 days last weekend. It was pretty solid. Equal ratio of humor to all the other emotional stuff most chicks like.
Dare I say, I am not one of them?!
