Katie and I decided to participate in a local screenprinting workshop one day. We’ve always admired screenprinting by other artists – as anyone who has ventured to threadless.com – you’ve probably felt the same way. And since one of our core values is to “actively support personal growth” – we thought we’d give it a shot ourselves. How hard can it be?!?!
If you’ve ever watched a tutorial online, it looks so easy. Of course, these tutorials are usually coming from people that are “experts” at screenprinting. At least, this is what we’re now telling ourselves to feel better about our trials and tribulations we keep experiencing.
We’re not giving up yet though. Check out where we’ve been so far and stay tuned for round two to see if we actually can ever pull it off successfully.

Rach! Love it. I used to do screen printing in my friends basement. We would make shirts with lame sayings that were cool in 7th grade like “Bombdiggety” and my all-time favorite “Your mom”.
