It’s that time of year again. Back to school. Football season. And CreateAthon!
What’s CreateAthon? CreateAthon is a national event during which advertising agencies across the country spend 24 hours working to provide free marketing services to non-profits in their communities. redpepper is excited to participate in our third annual CreateAthon event in September 2009.
During CreateAthon, everyone at redpepper works 24 hours around the clock to create marketing plans, ad campaigns, web sites and other creative materials for local non-profits.
redpepper’s 2009 non-profit CreateAthon clients are:

• Nurses for Newborns
• Operation One Voice
• Street Theatre Company
• Earth Matters
• Partnership Against Domestic Violence
• Autism Society
• Brown Dog Foundation
• Hudgens Center
While we may be a little sleep-deprived, we’re always inspired by the good works that our CreateAthon clients do for our community. That’s why we wanted to find a way to do a little bit more to help them help others. So, we dreamed up a little something called The Land of Cause.
The Land of Cause is a fundraising event – actually two (one in Nashville and one in Atlanta) – to raise money to help our nine CreateAthon clients. So now, the entire community can get involved and help non-profits while they have a good time dancing the night away at Land of Cause!
